Return Policy
All My Tails products are carefully and lovingly handmade in small batches to ensure quality control in my cozy studio. Small imperfections / differences in shape, size and color can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product.
However, if if you receive the wrong items or you feel it has a fault - please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
We accept returns within a 7-day window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via Contact Form .
Please be aware that if we do not receive communication within 48hours, we may not be able to accept the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges or reasons such as a change of mind, different image expectations, or if the product has been used at least once. We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or soiled by the customer.
Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
International refunds: We are unable to refund any customs or duty charges you have paid to receive an item that you later return to us.
Refunds on rejected International orders
You are responsible for paying any import duties and customs charges that may come up when you make a purchase. If you choose not to accept a delivery because of taxes or duties, we won't be able to refund your items until we receive them back safely. Rejecting an order is your own decision and carries some risk. Please note that we cannot refund any custom made items if they are returned due to a rejected order.
Return or exchange items: Shipping fees are free of charge if the return or exchange is due to our reasons (e.g., defective items or items received that are different from the ordered items). If we are unable to provide a replacement item, such as a one-of-a-kind item, we will refund the product price. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For Returns or Exchanges due to the customer's own reasons (e.g., wrong order), the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and refund costs (e.g., bank transfer fees, etc.).
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
