SHIPPING and DELIVERY
Please note that it will take 2-4 business days to process your order.
Custom size orders may require an additional 7 business days for production, in addition to the regular processing time, as each item is specially made to order.
If you receive your delivery notification on Friday, our processing will be complete at that time. Please note that the actual delivery may take place later in the week due to the delivery company's schedule.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All MyTails orders are sent from JAPAN via JAPAN POST.
Japan Post generally takes 7-20 business days for your goods to arrive.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched so that you can check the status of your order.
Please be aware that International Shipping may be subject to processing delays due to weather, customs clearance, etc., that are out of our control.
We appreciate your understanding.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to resolve any import taxes or other charges arising from a purchase.
We are not responsible for any damage during shipping.
Shipping charges are subject to change.

Standard Shipping: YuPacket
2-4 business days from dispatch: A flat rate of ¥400 (tax included) per shipping will be charged nationwide.
Applicable products: Cat Collars, Scrunchies approximately total 5 pieces. Tracking service is available.
Delivery will take a few days longer for delivery to some areas such as remote island.
YuPack
For orders of 6 or more items, we will ship them using YuPack.
Tracking service, cash on delivery, and date/time selection are available.
Please indicate your preferred date and time in the Requests and remarks box.
For Cash on delivery, fee (330 yen tax included) will be charged.
